Kingston
A six-year-old who was sleeping in the car while his mom dashed into a supermarket has been found dead.
Kingston Frazier was sleeping inside the car when a six-foot man reportedly sped off in the vehicle.
By the time the police caught up with the robber, Kingston Frazier was found shot dead.
The police said the boy was kidnapped and then murdered.
His mom reportedly left her car running while her son was sleeping on the back seat.
Two vehicles allegedly pulled up alongside the vehicle, out of which the carjacker reportedly got out of his own car and jumped into Kingston’s mom’s car with the child inside. Both vehicles then sped off.
Kingston was later found dead in Madison County, Mississippi, United States of America.
Officials said the child died from a gunshot wound while sitting in the backseat of the vehicle.
An Amber Alert was issued on Thursday morning when the car was stolen.
Authorities were looking for a 2000 silver or gray Toyota Camry taken from a Kroger car park on Interstate 55 with six-year-old Kingston Frazier inside.
