KIDNAPPERS ON A KILLING SPREE IN MAJIGUN, IKORODU
It was a day of sorrow for the people and residents of Ikorodu as kidnappers went on rampage killing and kidnapping in a broad day light operation that lasted for half an hour in the ever busy area of Majidun in Ikorodu, Saturday.
One of those killed was 28 year old mother of two, Aisha Alli-Balogun, the popular T.V presenter of Stand Up Nigeria (produced by Bunmi Davies).
As if not enough, the kidnappers killed this young, promising and enterprising lady and made away with one of her two kids.
According to a close source, Aisha was shot at close range kidnapping other occupants of the car she rode in.
A regular visitor to Ikorodu would notice an armoured tank stationed around Majigun coming from Lagos, but on the other side of the road going to Lagos are hefty looking men appearing like Operatives, so the question is what went wrong that fateful Saturday Afternoon when those beautiful, innocent souls were wasted?
The height of this is that the kidnappers are still holding hostage those kidnapped and demanding for a ransom. Youthful and beautiful Aisha Alli-Balogun had since been buried according to Islamic rites.
