A baby that was diagnosed with life-threatening cancer after he was born is now completely healthy. Doctors told them that in some babies, neuroblastomabby3 can start to shrink by itself – advising them to wait and see before starting chemotherapy. His mother made the decision to wait and hope for the best.
Rylee went to the hospital every few days so doctors can watch the tumour and everyone was soon delighted to find that it started to shrink by itself. He did not need chemotherapy. At 8-month-old, Rylee was declared tumour free. Although, he still needed to go for regular check-ups to make sure the tumour does not return, he is now a healthy and happy one-year-old.
