This weekend would witness another test for Arsene Wenger and his Arsenal team as they seek to stay at the top of the EPL, while Barcelona will travel to Seville, where they must be prepared to be severely tested.
Galatasaray vs. Istanbul-Buyuksehir on November 4
The season’s surprise, Istanbul Buyuksehir, have topped the league table since Week 6 but they will face a stern test of that table-topping credential on Friday evening against third-placed Galatasaray. Their last trip to one of the heavyweights was just two weeks ago and they lost 2-1 to Besiktas – if they get anything from the Turk Telecom Arena, then they can start strutting their stuff.

Chelsea vs. Everton @Stamford Bridge @6:30pm on November 5
Four straight wins in the EPL in October means Chelsea are one point off the top of the table. If they beat Everton convincingly on Saturday then the early season wobble would be quickly forgotten, though Everton are back to winning ways after some wobbling. Chelsea fans would want to measure Romelu Lukaku against their current No.9, Diego Costa. All in all, it should be an exciting match between different playing philosophies.

Arsenal vs. Tottenham @The Emirates @ on November 6
Spurs are on a wretched run – three straight draws in the EPL and two home defeats in the UEFA Champions League means that Arsenal smell blood. This could become Spurs’ first EPL defeat of this season and a 13th win in their last 15 matches. November has not always been the best of months for the Gunners but they showed their new resolve by coming from two goals down to beat Ludogorets 3-2 in the UCL.

Sevilla vs. Barcelona @Estadio Sanchez Pizjuan @8:45pm on November 6
It is not plausible that Barcelona would lose two games in a row but there is a real danger of that happening with their away trip to Sevilla. Jorge Sampaoli’s men are just one point behind their visitors and they typify a harrying team.
With four wins in their last five matches, Sevilla are going strong while Barcelona have lost two of their last five games. This promises to be an explosive encounter.
