I have lived a quiet and very private life over the years, particularly throughout my active practice as an On-Air Personality in my early days as a Front-line Presenter,Disk Jockey,MC,News Reader,News-Caster on the First State-Owned Radio/T.V Channels in Nigeria. I woke Nigerians up with my God-given gift "My Voice" on Radio Lagos and subsequently LTV Channel 8/ Lagos Weekend Television respectively.
My sincere appreciation to my media mentors; Uncle Jim (Jimmy Odumosu), Chief Taiwo Alimi, Chief Biodun Adeniyi, Bayo Tijani, Tinu Aina-Badejo, Late Jide Adekusibe and Late Demola Alashe for their pivotal roles in my life.
Today I am of course a great force of reckoning in media practice, therefore, I need to lend a hand and share my length of experience, hence, this Blog with which to contribute my own quota towards a better Nigeria.
Of course family values are lost with corruption so endemic in our country as committed by our parents, that are seriously deceitful and pretentious!!! Holistically, corruption is not only about stealing money, there are other bad acts that are associated with corruption. You are aware that our respective family units make the 3 arms of government in any setting, the world over.
Nigeria is not different, having gained her independence from the British. What could then be the problem that has seriously brought us back like a country that just gained independence yesterday? Like you, that has the interest of this wonderful country at heart, we shall be discussing and talking on the best way possible to re-position Nigeria on the world MAP.
